The Diagnostic

Short answer

A 7–14 day deep read of your business. We map how work, revenue, and decisions actually move through your operating system, then deliver a scored map of where AI fits — and a roadmap of what to fix first. This is where most engagements start and where most of the value lands.

Who it's for

Founder- and operator-led B2B teams (10–500 people) who can feel the business slowing down but need a clear, scored read of where the friction is — and whether AI is the right answer to it.

Symptoms it solves

  • Stalled AI pilots that demoed well and quietly died
  • Workflows that nobody has ever drawn end-to-end
  • Revenue leaking through follow-up, onboarding, or churn
  • Decisions stuck on two or three people
  • AI initiatives that produced motion but no measurable outcome
  • A growing list of tools no one is sure how to integrate

Deliverables

  • End-to-end operating map (workflows, revenue loops, decisions)
  • Scored AI opportunity backlog — where AI compounds vs. adds sprawl
  • Stalled-pilot post-mortem (when applicable)
  • Prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap with sequencing and ownership
  • Working document you keep — not a slide deck

FAQ

What do I actually get?

A working document: an end-to-end map of how work, revenue, and decisions move through your business; a scored opportunity backlog of where AI compounds versus where it adds tool sprawl; and a prioritized 30–90 day roadmap with sequencing and ownership.

How long does it take?

7–14 days end to end. About 4–6 hours of operator time on your side — usually one or two scoping calls, three or four stakeholder interviews, and a working-doc review at the end.

Is this only for teams with AI pilots that stalled?

No, but it works for them. The stalled-pilot rescue is the same diagnostic with a different intake question: what shipped, what didn't, and why. Most pilots fail for operational reasons, and operational reasons are fixable.

Do I need clean data?

No. Messy data is usually one of the things the diagnostic surfaces. Part of the work is mapping where data is scattered, duplicated, or unreliable — and identifying what actually needs to be cleaned before any specific AI use case.

What does it cost?

CAD $500–$2,500 depending on team size and depth. Beta pricing available for selected early clients.
