Founder
Fascia Labs was founded by Wayne, a product, operations, and AI transformation practitioner. Wayne works directly with founders and operators to diagnose where workflows, data flows, customer experience, employee experience, revenue loops, retention, and decision-making are quietly capping growth — and to translate those findings into practical AI-enabled changes.
What we believe
- Map the operating system before you prescribe AI. Most AI initiatives fail because they were bolted onto a system no one had ever drawn.
- Diagnose first, then redesign. Real leverage shows up at the seams of workflows, data, decisions, revenue, and experience — not inside any one tool.

What we are not
Fascia Labs is not an AI SaaS platform, a chatbot agency, an automation shop, a narrow friction-audit service, or a generic digital transformation consultancy. We do not sell tools. We sell clarity and capacity to change.
How we work
Most engagements begin with a free Operating Clarity Scan, move into an AI Operating Intelligence Diagnostic, and from there into a Transformation Partnership or fractional leadership. We work remote-first from Canada with clients globally.
